Legal Operations Assistant – Birmingham - Salary up to £30,000
The firm is seeking a dedicated individual to support the senior Operations Manager in maintaining the daily operations of the estate function, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards across the office.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee various aspects of office operations, from providing hands-on facilities assistance to managing reception duties. Working closely with the Head of Operations, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the office.
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualifications for this role include strong organisational skills, effective communication abilities, a client-service orientation, attention to detail, a proactive approach, problem-solving skills, the ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks, initiative in problem-solving, adaptability to changing environments, and proficiency in IT with experience in managing office services and facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include coordinating communication between staff and clients, liaising with contractors and suppliers, maintaining office presentation and functionality, and handling various administrative tasks such as managing spreadsheets, office supplies, and long-term event planning.
Additionally, responsibilities will extend to managing invoice payments, car park facilities, meeting room support, record-keeping in compliance with regulations, health & safety policies, kitchen upkeep, mail processing, visitor hospitality, switchboard operations, and acting as a first aider.
