The job itselfThe Legal and Democratic Services Team are seeking a new team manger to manage the Litigation and Regulatory Services.The post holder will be required to manage a busy team dealing with a caseload of civil and criminal litigation, employment, town and country planning, licensing and housing matters. The post holder should have extensive experience in and a thorough grounding in one of more of the areas of legal work covered by the team. The applicant should be a confident advocate with an ability to manage staff.Applicants should be enthusiastic and willing to contribute effectively to team working.
