If you are a Corporate & Commercial lawyer with a leaning towards Corporate Governance and are looking to progress your career in a forward thinking high performance organisation then this newly created role could provide the next jumping off point for your career.
This Global Hedge Fund have a legal team in London responsible for TMT, Data, Employment, Regulatory, Real Estate, Credit and Special projects as well as Corporate Governance across the EMEA region, and are seeking a lawyer of up to 4 PQE to join the team.
Taking responsibility for the Corporate Governance, you will then provide supprot to the team across a wide range of matters as highlighted above.
The team are open to see applications of those that have worked in-house, as well as those straight from private practice. This is a superb opportunity to be immersed within the world of investment and see how innovation plays a part in all of this.
To be considered for this role you will need the following:
Qualified Lawyer ( ideally England & Wales however wother jurisdictions will be considered)
Demonstrable experience within corporate governance
Legal experience within Funds or Investments
