Legal Counsel

The ideal candidate will be responsible for in-house legal matters reporting to the General Counsel. In order to succeed, this candidate should feel comfortable working with in-house counsels, legal and compliance teams on a variety of legal matters.
Responsibilities
Reviewing, negotiating and finalising commercial contracts and other legal documents
Assisting the General Counsel and UK legal function with a wide range of legal, risk and corporate governance matters
Assisting with compliance
Qualifications
Private practice experience in a reputable law firm
Additional experience in commerce/industry is preferred but not necessary
Generalist background
Real estate legal experience is helpful but not essential
