Location: London, UK We are seeking an experienced Senior Lawyer to join our team in London and provide legal support to our Work Dynamics business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate and extensive experience in negotiating and drafting complex agreements on a global or regional scale. Responsibilities: Provide expert legal advice and support to the Work Dynamics business in all legal matters related to outsourcing services (including of major corporations' real estate and facility management functions) or other types of real estate transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, especially service agreements. Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Advise on legal risks and provide strategic guidance to business leaders to mitigate risks effectively. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations, HR, finance, and risk management teams, to address legal issues and support business objectives. Develop and deliver training programs on legal topics relevant to the business and legal team.Stay informed about legal developments and industry trends affecting facility management and real estate and provide proactive guidance to the business unit. Assist in the development and implementation of improvements in the legal services, training procedures, and best practices to enhance compliance and mitigate legal risks. Requirements: Qualified solicitor or barrister with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience (this is indicative and other levels of experience may be considered if requirements are met). Demonstrated experience in negotiating and drafting complex agreements, preferably within the facility management, real estate industry or other strategic outsourcing sector. Strong understanding of global or regional legal frameworks related to real estate transactions and facility management services. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Adaptable and proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Native English speaker or fluent in EnglishPreferred Qualifications: Experience working in an international or multi-national
organization.
