Legal Counsel - Corporate/Banking

Boutique/early stage funding business seeks a 3-5 PQE corporate or banking associate to join its growing in-house legal function. This would be a fantastic first move in-house for a transactional lawyer looking to join a small, growth stage company.
Reporting to a Senior Legal Counsel, this is a broad role which combines working on executing bespoke investment structures/transactions, alongside more general advisory work (commercial, corporate governance, insurance and regulatory).
Candidates with (for example) hands-on lower cap private equity/VC or growth capital experience would be of particular interest.
Hybrid working pattern; City-based.
