We are recruiting for a legal counsel on behalf of an international principle contractor based in St James and with offices across Europe. The company develops and operates complex infrastructure aLONssets in the power, water and transportation sectors.
Now looking for an English qualified solicitor to join the team in London – supporting the GC and Company Secretary and helping with supervision of a trainee. This would see you operate as second in command to the GC and would ideally suit someone with in house experience or someone in private practice with experience of both contentious and non-contentious construction matters. Cultural fit is imperative as is a desire to be involved with a variety of aspects of the business that you might not have experienced before. The legal matters could include commercial procurement contracts, construction and engineering contracts such as FIDIC and EPC models, contractual dispute avoidance, public procurement, public private partnerships, dispute boards and arbitrations. Will also include drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, subcontracts, consultant appointments, NDAs, letters of intent, supply contract and purchase orders.
This is a hugely exciting opportunity for the right individual and is a critical hire for the business.
There is an extensive job description. For this or to discuss the role in detail, please contact Aaron Balfour on 07956 304648 or reach out to him #####
