If you are a Lawyer, Contracts Manager or experienced Paralegal who can demonstrate a real depth of experience within commercial contracts within the Tech and Software sector, then this software organisation who are going through massive growth would be keen to utilise your skills.
You will need to be adept at working in a fast paced environment, with challenging deadlines. Your role will be integral to aiding the organisation to meet their growth plans and major strategic goals for the coming year.
The organisation are looking to hire a number of legal professionals, over varying PQE and there is the opportunity to take on a leadership role for those with a higher PQE.
Key skills and experience required include:
Commercial Contract experience to include drafting, reviewing and negotiating
A legal qualification and experience as either a Lawyer, Contracts Manager or Paralegal (Common law jurisdictions preferred, but open)
Experience of tech, IT and software contracts (SaaS etc)
