Our esteemed Legal 500 client is in search of a proficient Legal Cashier with a minimum of 3 years' expertise in the Legal Sector to become a part of their accounts team.
You must exhibit the capability to work autonomously and present comprehensive expertise within this sector.

What will be expected of you?
  • Client ledger reconciliations
  • File closures
  • Reviewing Client residual balances
  • E-filing and administration
  • Assist with day-to-day queries from F/E
  • WIP and disbursement write offs
  • Accurately process purchase invoice
  • Processing employee expenses
  • Processing and posting credit card expenses
  • Posting petty cash payments
  • Client and Office bank transaction posting and reconciliations
  • Client to Office transfers
  • Paying suppliers and refunding Client money
  • Processing deposit account interests
  • Taking payments via virtual card terminals
  • Basic knowledge of Excel
