Legal Cashier Part Time roughly 15 Hours per week. North Shields Newcastle Upon TyneLooking for an experienced Legal Cashier to join an exremely busy finance department:-Main Responsibilities:- Processing account transactions, both inbound and outbound paymentsPerforming bank reconciliations to tally up bank accounts and booksProducing daily, weekly and monthly reports on the financial status of the law firmChecking for errors and reporting any account breachesInvoicing clients for work done and chasing overdue moniesSubmitting quarterly and year-end VAT returnsMaintaining separate client and office ledgersEnsuring compliance with relevant rules and regulationsLiaising with compliance officers, clients, auditors, regulators, suppliers and banks
