Legal Assistant
Conveyancing , the role:
Opening files and Digital Dictation
Ordering searches, titles and plans
Preparing and amending leases as per the instructions of the fee earner
Drafting sales contract packs
Updating clients, estate agents, brokers and solicitors on the progress of matters
Submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax
Registering properties at the Land Registry and managing requisitions
Making sure all deadlines are met
