An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Assistant to join our highly successful Banking team based in Manchester.
As a Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including preparing standard form documents, running the CP process, dealing with signing arrangements, completing post-completion forms, and undertaking legal research. You will also assist with business development projects and carry out basic administrative tasks.
To be successful you should have good familiarity with Microsoft Office, excellent IT skills, and experience in a legal assistant/paralegal role (in banking or a related area). You should also have a proactive, professional, and flexible attitude to work, be confident in working on your own initiative, and be able to adapt to working in a challenging yet rewarding role.
