Deliver high-quality teaching across various levels of further education in healthcare, science and biology programs.Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement and success.Contribute to the development and design of the curriculum, ensuring it meets industry standards and prepares students for professional success.Offer tutorial support, pastoral care, and assist students with academic and career-related queries.Manage administrative tasks efficiently, including course-related documentation and student records. Required Skills & Qualifications:
A relevant degree or professional qualification in healthcare, science, or biology.Proven teaching experience in further education or a similar educational setting.A strong commitment to student success and creating a supportive learning environment.Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate a diverse cohort of learners.A proactive approach to program leadership and curriculum development.A Nursing background is desirable.
