In this role you will be working towards becoming a qualified lecturer in Carpentry and Joinery with full training being provided. You will be tasked with training apprentices up to levels 1-3 in this topic. You will be tasked with delivering this course throughout a strong and consistent uptake of eager apprentices ready to learn.
The ideal candidate is someone who has significant skills and experience working in the Carpentry and Joinery industry and will have the drive and confidence to be able to transfer their existing knowledge in this trade and the wider construction sector to fresh apprentices. You will need to be a highly motivated individual looking to progress their career and develop their skills with the organisation long-term, any and all experience in mentoring and teaching positions is highly sought after.
