We are ‘not for profit’ and reinvest all our surpluses back into our varied and vibrant neighbourhoods.The role – Home Ownership ManagerReporting into the Home Ownership Team Manager, this role will manage our portfolio of Homeowners across London and Hertfordshire.You will manage a number of Homeownership functions including, solicitors enquiries, lease extensions and section 20 consultations.You will also be responsible for completing Estate Inspections and troubleshooting any issues that arise across your portfolio.What you’ll doYou will manage a portfolio of properties across your patch and be responsible for all Homeownership functions.
