Leasehold Block Property Manager - London, E6A fantastic opportunity for an Experienced Block Property Manager has just arisen. Our client based in London, E6 are currently looking for a Block Manager to join their busy and growing Block Management department.Duties will include but not limited to:
* Setting up and preparation of annual service charge budgets including company and statutory accounts where applicable.
* Daily liaison with landlords, leaseholders, tenants, solicitors and contractors; dealing with questions, complaints and updates.
* Managing Section 20 consultations and long term agreements including tendering and completion of works.
* Internal arrears recovery including liaison with external recovery team.
* Invoice authorisation.
* Carrying out property inspections.
* Arranging and attending Leaseholders meetings
* Providing property management advice within area of expertise to existing and potential clients.
* Writing letters and reports.
* Appointment and monitoring of contractors.
* Preparation of Leasehold management packs for the purpose of resale.
* Processing of notices.
* Insurance management.
* First Tier Tribunal preparation and attendance as required
* Any other duties as requestedThe right candidate ideally will possess the following:
* Previous Block Property Manager experience would be preferred, but would consider someone with Lettings Property Management experience.
* Must be a highly organised individual
* Good customer relationship skills is a must
