Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lease Car Assistant to join our team at St Nicholas Hospital in Gosforth. This post is offered at 37.5 hours per week.
Main duties of the job
Delivering exceptional customer service at all times via telephone, email and in person.
Supporting management to develop the service and the systems
Provide help and guidance to drivers regarding the use of the website
Support Ordering Team and wider Service where required
Advise on servicing, MOT's and Vehicle recalls
Arrange collection and deliveries
Process fines and penalty notices
Manage additional driver costs with drivers and payroll
Problem resolution
Developing and maintaining customer and supplier relationships
Continually progressing and developing personal skills and knowledge
Following agreed processes and procedures and contributing ideas for continuous improvement
Working to Key Process Indicators effectively and efficiently
