For this role the successful candidate must have prior experience as a LSA or TA and have confidence supporting learners in both primary and secondary. This role consists of supporting SEN learners on a 1:1 and small group basis. The existing team are passionate and dedicated and are invested in offering a broad and balanced curriculum that meets every pupil's individual needs.
