Vision for education are looking to employ a learning support assistant (LSA) on a full-time basis to work in local primary schools in RCT.

The role of a learning support assistant is to support the class teacher in helping pupils learn, engage and get the most out of their learning in school. You will be based in mainstream primary schools, supporting children of all primary ages to access the national curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

•     Work with pupils 1:1 to help them engage with their learning and provide extra support.
•     Help support the teacher with classroom management and various other tasks.
•     Supervise the pupils and report on work progress.
•     General administrative work
•     Uphold the school's policies and values, ensuring the safety of pupils.
•     Work with pupils in a small group basis, offering additional support where its needed
