Day Rate: £85 to £95

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be working closely with a child with complex needs, providing invaluable assistance and guidance to facilitate their learning journey. Your role will involve offering one-on-one support, implementing tailored strategies, and fostering a supportive environment to help the child thrive.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children with complex needs.
• Enhanced DBS check (mandatory)
• Passion for education and nurturing individual growth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse learning requirements.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
