The Role - Learning Support Assistant

We are looking for a passionate Learning Support Assistant to join a fast paced SEN School starting ASAP. For this Learning Support Assistant role you must have 1 year's minimum experience working with ASD and Complex Needs. To be a successful Learning Support Assistant you will be committed to raising pupil attainment and will also confidently be able to work with students on a 1:1 basis and manage challenging behaviour effectively. Experience with PECS and Makaton is desirable.

This SEN School was recently graded as 'Outstanding' by Ofsted and the school believes this is down to their exceptional facilities, the school recently installed a brand new hydrotherapy pool.
