**�90 per day**

• Supporting Year 7,8,9 and 10 students
• 1:1 support and small group support English, Science and Maths classes

I am working with a wonderful secondary school based in Hillingdon area.

This supportive school are looking for Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants to support pupils who require extra help to keep up. They are looking to engage with candidates who are experienced working with secondary schools and removing barriers to learning.

The ideal candidate will

• Be experienced supporting children with English, Maths, Media and Science (Pref); this does not need to be school-based, those from a Youth Work, tuition, Residential Care and Sports Coaching background are welcomed to apply
• Have a calm, nurturing approach with clear expectations
• Be confident in building positive relationships with pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds to help them progress both socially and academically
• Working with students in year 7,8,9 and 10

There is a strong support network in place where you can develop your skills quickly with plenty of opportunities to further your career.
We are looking for caring, supportive and dedicated TAs/ LSAs who have experience working with students either as part of small groups or on a one to one basis.

The successful TA/LSA will need to be able to support pupils that may have challenging behaviour, and specific learning difficulties. With support from other members of staff, you will support pupils with their progress and attainment.
