The Role - Learning Support Assistant

We are currently working with a school looking to appoint an ambitious, caring and dedicated Learning Support Assistant. For this Learning Support Assistant role, the successful candidate will work under the guidance of teaching/ senior staff to implement agreed work programmes. You will be supporting pupils on a 1:1 and group basis. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be instrumental in assisting in the whole planning cycle and contribute to the preparation of resources. This Learning Support Assistant role is suitable for those interested in a future career in teaching. Good Literacy and Numeracy skills are essential.
