Learning Support Assistant (SEMH)

Aspire People are currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work in a special needs school located in Boston, Lincolnshire.
This particular school are looking for a teaching assistant that have previous experience of working within SEN schools or residential settings, who is interested in utilising their skills within education. This particular school caters for students in KS3 and KS4. Some personal care will be required such as changing nappies when needed.
This school are currently recruiting to start immediately on a temp to perm basis. Option to go permanent and pay rate is �84 - �92 per day depending on experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for anyone from an education background or those that have worked within Healthcare/Support Work.
The Role
* Monday to Friday - 8:30 - 16:15
* Temp to perm contract
* Working one to one with students
* Working with a number of assistants and working collaboratively with the class teacher
* Developing social and cognitive development
* Supportive senior leadership team
