Position: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Wolverhampton College, Wolverhampton, UK
Days of Work: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Requirements:

• Must be Team Teach qualified
• Available to work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to students with additional needs in classroom and individual settings
• Implement Team Teach strategies to manage challenging behavior effectively
• Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized support plans
• Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times

Qualifications and Skills:

• Team Teach qualification is essential
• Experience working with individuals with additional needs preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
