Learning & Development Specialist

Are you an experienced Learning & Development Specialist? If so I have an exciting contract opportunity for you with a top Financial Services Firm based in London. 

The contract will run for 6/7 months and the rate for this will be £350 p/d Inside IR35. The role is based in London and does have a hybrid requirement dependant on training requirements, some weeks this could mean you are in once whereas others you may be in all week. 

You will be filling in for a member of the team on a sabbatical, the main objectives will be: 

1. Support in the review and design of Contact Centre training materials ensuring focus is made on the customer, all materials are customer centric, and their experience of such delivery is embedded into the output


2. Support on the delivery of the contact centre training, alongside the designated trainers allocated to the project. Bringing their expertise of customer services to the forefront.


3. Design and begin delivery of the coaching framework at the company. Education and support management cohorts through coaching, and, or, mentoring training, to provide this support to employees in our business.

You will require technical experience and Knowledge in the following:

• Coaching and Mentoring skills training


• Contract centre/Customer Service skills training.


• Learning & Development, design & Delivery


• Knowledge or experience using different platforms, leaning systems, services & resources.


• Learning Principles & Learning styles styles and how to apply that to developing learning content that is relevant; accessible and Engaging
