This support extends to delivering induction, designing training modules, and ensuring adherence to FCA Regulations and Principles in training practices.Creativity and a desire for skill enhancement are essential traits, as is the ability to work independently and proactively manage your own tasks and workload. Effective communication skills are paramount, given your role’s collaborative nature and the need to interact confidently with senior stakeholders. Furthermore, your enthusiasm for nurturing talent and fostering a positive learning environment is vital, making a friendly and approachable demeanour integral to your success in inspiring others to achieve their potential. Ultimately, your role as Learning & Development officer is pivotal in ensuring employee competence, regulatory compliance, and organisational growth through effective training and development strategies. A Day in the life: Your responsibilities will include:Managing the booking and progression of all staff in examination roles Effective running of the CPD programme for all employees
Supporting the HR and Learning and Development function for inductions, writing material and training requirements
Supporting multiple areas of the business, working with key stakeholders to ensure training and competency is maintained
Ensuring ongoing compliance with FCA Regulations and Principles in relation to training and competency in a regulated environment
Continual evidenced achievement of employees attaining competency and maintaining competency
Effective delivery and support with CeMAP/R05/CeRER syllabus
