As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a seasoned professional to join the team as a Senior Learning & Development Manager.Your role will be to design, coordinate and deliver exceptional blended learning solutions to colleagues across the business on a broad range of management and leadership topics. You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive learning strategies to equip managers and leaders to excel in their roles.Key Responsibilities of the Senior Learning & Development Manager:Design and deliver an innovative, high impact leadership development offering that future-proofs and builds leadership capability from junior to senior leadership levelsCollaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to identify learning needs and priorities across the organisationDesign and deliver a range of learning programs, including leadership development, technical training, and soft skills workshopsDesigns and implements solutions to ensure the effective delivery of the performance management process to build individual, team and organisational capabilityOversee the implementation of e-learning platforms and other digital learning solutions to enhance accessibility and engagementEvaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through metrics and feedback mechanisms, making continuous improvements based on data-driven insightsStay aware of industry trends and best practices in learning and development, integrating innovative approaches to enhance learning outcomesExperience required:Proven track record in developing and implementing innovative and high impact learning, talent & development interventionsStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within established timelinesIntroduce innovative approaches, including digital learning solutions, to enhance the effectiveness of development initiatives.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for learning and development and are looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply for the Senior Learning & Development Manager position
