This company is a fast paced and growing food manufacturer of chilled and frozen food to go, supplying to well-known customers across multiple sales channels including tourism, healthcare and education and retail.
This role will be reporting to the Senior HR Manager, the Learning and Development Manager is responsible for leading, developing and implementing learning and development strategies and programs, designing and delivering both face to face and digital/virtual learning, career plans, workshops and more across all of the company sites. Ability to use analytics, problem solve and advise on appropriate learning solutions to meet organisational and individual needs is key.
The Role:
The Learning and Development Manager will be expected to deliver this though effective leadership, ensuring legal requirements, policies, standards, procedures are interpreted, communicated, documented and systems exist to ensure the Company is compliant with all current legislation and objectives.
