Job DescriptionTitle: Learning & Development Delivery LeadLocation:Aberdeen, Scotland. Some travel from home office may be required.Reporting to:Head of OperationsRole details:Part-time (approx. 20-22 hours per week)Hybrid. Flexible WFH options are included however this is primarily an office-based role.Role Purpose:The Learning & Development Delivery Lead’s role supports the company’s wide-ranging portfolio of training and managed services. The role actively contributes to the design, development & delivery of key Learning & Development solutions as well as ongoing account management and service delivery.The role is responsible for delivering the highest standards of customer care through their experience and knowledge.Role requirements:Minimum CIPD level 3 Qualification and 3 years L&D experienceKey Duties and Responsibilities:Design & Development of L&D programmes and services including presentations, supporting materials and value add resourcesWork closely with members of the L&D and Design Teams to lead on the above and ensure high quality output of all materials and contentQuality Control all L&D related content and materialsProgramme Management – this role will fulfil responsibilities of account liaison for all L&D services and HSE Cultural Healthchecks.
