As the Learning & Development Coordinator, your role will involve the following important duties:
* Ensure cost-effective courses are available.
* Learn and understand CPD and specialisms within the Accountancy field to provide relevant courses.
* Review online mandatory training assessments.
* Coordinate study dates on the spreadsheet.
* Attend University and schools to talk to students/parents and teachers.
* Coordinate in-house training.
* Arrange and book meetings, and training courses.
The experience required…
As a successful Learning & Development Coordinator you will have the following:
* Previous experience within a Learning and Development role.
* Demonstrable technical accounting knowledge.
* Ability to learn specialisms within the Accountancy field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Confidential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong IT skills.
