This is an exciting opportunity to join Olleco in this new role as Learning Designer and Analyst. This is an amazing opportunity to make a real difference within our learning and development team, all in a ground-breaking and growing business who put safety at the heart of everything they do. Olleco has over 1,000 colleagues in multiple sites across the UK. Delivering excellent performance, we supply premium cooking oils and collect organic waste which is then converted into renewable energy.
In this dual role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing instructional materials and content, whilst also analysing data to inform decision-making and enhance learning outcomes.
This is a hybrid position working from our Blisworth office and flexibility to work from home if desired.
