Join Our Team as a Technical Trainer at The Openwork Partnership!
Are you passionate about developing talent and enhancing technical skills? The Openwork Partnership is looking for a dynamic Technical Trainer to join our Openwork Business School (OBS) team. In this role, you'll support the Technical Development Manager in designing and delivering cutting-edge technical training programs, helping to shape the future of financial advice
professionals across the UK.
The benefits:
Salary - up to £60,000
Bonus scheme - on target bonus - 10%
Pension scheme - contribute up to 5% of your salary and Openwork will match you and put in an extra 5% (15%)

Role and Responsibilities:
Design and Delivery:
Create and deliver high-quality technical courses and programs aligned with Openwork Business School standards.
Onboarding Support:
Facilitate the technical upskilling of new Advisers, Paraplanners, Administrators, and Colleagues.
Skills Integration:
Incorporate additional skills training within technical courses and workshops.
Continuous Improvement:
Contribute to the enhancement of training methods and materials, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the Partnership.
Collaboration:
Work closely with Partner Firms, OBS Programme Directors, Learning & Development Business Partner, and other key stakeholders to deliver impactful training.
Communication:
Manage OBS communications, including intranet bulletins and newsletters, to keep employees informed about training opportunities.
Evaluation:
Conduct follow-up studies to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
Qualifications and Experience:
Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice (ideally working towards chartered)
Experience in training or Learning & Development.
Extensive understanding of learning and development in a Professional Services environment.
