They are looking for an experienced learning and development professional, to join their team. Help build and design their training programmes and coach line managers.Job DescriptionDesigning effective induction manual and rolling the training out to all line managersKeeping accurate records of employees training and advising and planning training schedulesHelp line managers identify training needs of the employeesFind news ways to grow and retain talentActing as the first point of contact for the L&DEngage with the staff and line manager to help improve the training sessionsReport to senior management on the growth and improvements madeThe Successful ApplicantExperience within a similar roleCIPD L3 +Literate in MS, Power point, Excel, Word, Share PointExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalCan occasionally travel within the Liverpool area
