Job DescriptionDesigning and implementing the learning and development strategies.Managing staff training and development programmes.Creating a supportive learning environment.Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes.Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards.Coordinating with management to identify organisational training needs.Managing the L&D budget. The Successful Applicant A successful Learning and Development Manager should have:Experience of sourcing and delivering Learning & Development services across a diverse client group. Extensive knowledge of learning and development, leading and implementing innovative learning solutions.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Previous experience as a Learning and Development Manager - Ideally within the Education sector or similar.
