Learning and Development Manager role:
Join our client's team for an exhilarating opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of learning and development. As the Learning and Development Manager, you will be instrumental in fostering an environment of growth and innovation, working closely within the HR team to spearhead organisational development initiatives.
The salary on offer is up to �46,732 (depending on experience) plus benefits that make a difference:

Working hours are Monday - Friday (usually 9 - 5 pm) and hybrid working is available where you can work 40% in the office, and 60% remote working.
Your New Role:
In this dynamic position, you will be at the forefront of designing and orchestrating a variety of development programmes tailored to meet the evolving needs of the staff and the wider organisational objectives. Your remit will include the meticulous management of budgets, ensuring maximum value, and the integration of efficient, digital-first approaches to all learning interventions.
Reporting directly to the Director of HR, your contributions will be critical in nurturing a culture of continuous learning, developing leadership talent, and enhancing the value of the learning and development offerings as part of the comprehensive benefits package.
About You:
With a proven track record in learning and development, your innovative methods and strategic thinking will drive the creation of impactful learning solutions that resonate with the diverse community. Your deep understanding of L&D theories and practices, combined with your ability to forge strong relationships within and beyond, will be key to your success in this role.
You possess exceptional digital fluency, with a knack for leveraging web-based applications and digital learning tools. Your outstanding communication and interpersonal skills enable you to articulate ideas clearly and engage effectively with various stakeholders. Creative, confident, and adept at problem-solving, you thrive under pressure and are committed to making a significant impact through excellence in learning and development.
Essential Requirements include:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Relevant Professional Qualification
- Previous Learning and Development experience at a similar level
- Experience of delivering Learning and Development within Higher Education would be desirable!
