Learning and Development Manager (EdTech)
A fast growing company in the EdTech space are looking for a Learning and Development Manager who will play a crucial role in the growth and development of their employees. You will be a key part of their People team, working with various stakeholders across the business to create and deliver their learning needs.
The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for the following:
Work with stakeholders to identify learning needs and create a L&D strategy that aligns with the company goals and objectives
Design the training curriculum
Implement LMS to monitor training activites
Implement blended training (job shadowing, coaching, mentoring, online)
Develop e-learning courses
Assess effectiveness of training programs
What you need:
Solid L&D experience
Ability to design and deliver training courses in different formats, both in person and online
Strong Stakeholder management experience
Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Experience working in a Tech company, ideally focusing on B2B sales
Experience with Apprenticeship providers
CIPD level 5 in L&D
