Job DescriptionWe have an exciting newly created opportunity for a Learning and Development Administrator to join our client: a Software Company. They are a leader in the services they offer, which includes software engineering, design, innovation and data!As the Learning and Development Administrator you will sit within their busy People and Culture department supporting the Learning and Development Manager and the wider team providing a 5 star service.Responsibilities will include:• Acting as the first point of contact for the L&D team, managing the inbox and queries.• Assisting with the smooth running of the appraisal process.• Scheduling and booking internal and external workshops and programs for employees.• Facilitating training opportunities.• Monitoring and recording training data, including participant information through tracking spreadsheets.• Collecting feedback from trainers and participants through surveys.• Updating training budget spreadsheet.• Assisting with the employee onboarding experience and ad-hoc HR generalist tasks, as required or when HR Coordinator is on holiday.If you have previous HR administration experience in a busy environment and are passionate about starting your career in the rewarding area of Learning and Development this could be the right role for you. You will also need strong communication and writing skills, attention to detail and be confident using systems and Microsoft suite programmes.It is a permanent full time position with a salary of £30-34k DOE.
