Learning and Development Advisor

We're on the lookout for an Advisor to join our Learning Team at an exciting time as we reshape and redesign our learning and development offering across the business. Within the role, your main focus will be creating and delivering engaging and effective digital learning solutions for our Gym Operations Team, and sometimes for our Central Support Team. Along with the Learning &Talent Development Partner, you'll also be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our learning platforms and you'll support with other exciting learning and development activities and initiatives as and when they arise.About the team:Reporting into the Learning & Talent Partner, you'll be part of the PureGym Gym Operations People Team.The role:Within the role you will:Create engaging digital learning content to meet both new and existing learning requirements covering a wide range of topic areas including compliance, business initiatives, employee wellbeing,
management/leadership
development, and diversity, inclusion and belonging.Work with subject matter experts across the business to storyboard learning content and convert storyboards into digital learning modules using Articulate 360.Support with the administration of the LMS platforms including maintenance of courses, users and catalogues.Be the first point of contact for any learning and development queries.Keep up-to-date with new trends in learning and continuously look for improvements in learning solutions.Support with other learning & development activity and initiatives as and when required.In this role you will be focusing on the digital side of content creation.The Person:You'll fit right into this role if you can demonstrate:The ability to work well on a hybrid basis and be in our Leeds office for a minimum of 3 days per week.A can-do attitude and a passion for helping improve the knowledge, skills and behaviour of others.Experience in the creation of engaging digital learning content/solutions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience in using Articulate 360 or similar e-learning software.Familiarity with LMS (Learning Management Software) platforms.A good understanding of different learning styles and needs.A keen attention to detail.The ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise well.Self-motivation and the ability to work well on your own initiative.Send me alerts about jobs like this.Please enter your email address to continue setting up an email alert for similar jobs to this one.
