It’s the opportunity to start your tomorrow, today.As a member of the MGS Learning Learner Experience Team, the Project Manager has overall responsibility for leading, facilitating, planning and executing learning projects as defined by the Learning Experience Manager. This role manages projects from ideation through post launch analysis.What are we looking for?Strong professional experience including proven managing complex projects, with strong knowledge of project management methodology and global project deployment experienceKnowledge of the Learning and Development lifecycle preferredUnderstanding of how to bring new products to marketStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to Influence without authority across a diverse set of stakeholders and remotely across multiple geographies.Ability to continuously improve processes and ways of working.Knowledge of project management tools (smartsheet) and methodologies preferred.PMP QualifiedWhat will be your key responsibilities?Builds strong connections and partnerships across Mars U teams to ensure successful management and execution of learner experience projects – specifically Learning Operations team, Solutions Procurement managers and Learner Communications & Engagement Managers.Partners closely with MGS Learning Service Management team to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of project management processes and resourcing.Creates close partnerships with Learner Communications & Engagement Managers to ensure alignment on upcoming deployments.What can you expect from Mars?
