Job Title: Leadership & Management Trainer/AssessorLocation:East Midlands, Leicestershire-based CollegeJob Type:Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours (with the view of becoming a permanent position)£25 – £28 Per hour plus Statutory Holiday PayJob Description:As a Leadership & Management Trainer/Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment to individuals in the field of leadership and management. Your primary focus will be on developing the leadership and management skills of learners through engaging and interactive training sessions. You will also assess their progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.Job Duties:Manage a Leadership and Management Apprenticeship caseload and deliver related commercial training, both at College and Employer premises as requiredwork with a diverse range of blue-chip employers across a broad spectrum of industriesProvide training sessions both in college and in the workplace to individuals or groups of learners and organise regular visits to assess apprentice progress in readiness for End Point AssessmentCarry out progress reviews in the workplace and support employer engagement and training progress in the workplace monitoring completion of set tasks to ensure appropriate progress is made promptlyKeep up-to-date with industry trends and best practicesEducation:Hold a vocational qualification at level 6 or aboveExperience:Relevant up-to-date industry experience and qualificationsConfident delivering and assessing up to a level 5 management provision (level 6 would be desirable)Experience and knowledge of delivering apprenticeship standards in Management or delivering training within a commercial backgroundInterested, click apply! As a Disability Confident business we warmly encourage applications from people with disabilities.
