We would love to hear from experienced and qualified Leadership and Management Tutor/Assessors with previous delivery experience.

Qualifications and Education Essential/ Desirable
* Relevant assessors’ qualification (TAQA, CAVA, D32)
*Practical Leadership and Management experience
* Qualified to relevant level 5 in the specialist subject area
*Ability to travel when needed - Hertfordshire/Bedfordshire/North London areas - the role is hybrid with the first Learner meeting being face to face, followed by a 12-week meeting face-to-face but part of the role is remote aside of this.
Knowledge & Skills
Experience in delivering work-based learning
Sound knowledge of the sector in which you will be delivering - Leadership and Management training.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Experience in providing information advice and guidance Personal Attributes & Competencies
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Personable and friendly
Ability to work in collaboration with others
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Punctual, reliable, and flexible
Ability to work effectively under pressure and unsupervised

We would expect the post holder to be responsible for the Safeguarding of learners within their area and across the organisation including:
Ensuring compliance with procedures for the protection of children and vulnerable adults
Making certain of compliance with any guidance on Safe Working Practice
Being alert to any indication or allegation of abuse and take appropriate action under the appropriate procedures
Comply with relevant internal and stakeholder policies and regulations
Work within the guidelines of the ISO 9001 Quality Procedures relevant to your job role and contribute to the overall development and growth of the organisation.
Comply with the Company DBS and security procedures and ensure annual declaration is maintained.
Ensure that every aspect of the Training’s Equal Opportunity policy is rigorously maintained.
Ensure that every aspect of the Training’s Safeguarding policy is rigorously maintained and causes for concern are highlighted to the safeguarding officer in line with organisational guidance.
Ensure healthy and safe working practices are maintained at all times.
Organisational requirements and continuous improvement. Tasks to be performed are not limited by this job description. The holder of this job may be required to take on other duties and responsibilities deemed appropriate to their role within the organisation.
Ensure your working practices aid in maintaining good working relationships with employers, learners and staff.
Adhere to a policy of continuous improvement to raise all aspects of quality and performance in the provision for employers and learners.
To continually update professional knowledge and skills and acquire competencies to ensure your approach to your role adheres to the most recent developments current and future.

Data Protection

The post holder will be expected to have a knowledge of keeping personal data safe including:
Ensuring compliance with the data protection policy
Ensuring compliance with the subject access request policy
Reporting any data breaches or data security concerns to the Data Protection team
Requirement for flexibility and updating of the role description. You will be required to carry out duties as maybe commensurate with the post which does not change the character or purpose of the post which are necessary to maintain high-quality standards of business practice. Duties must be carried out in strict compliance with all policies including, but not limited to: Safeguarding, equality and diversity, health and safety and quality
