Lead Vet - Colchester

We are seeking a Veterinary Surgeon with a surgical bias to join a friendly team in Colchester.They are a well equipped, cat Friendly clinic, having attained the Silver status ISFM Cat Friendly Clinic accreditation.Full time salary package up to £70,000 per annum depending on experience along with excellent benefits.Key Accountabilities include but are not limited too:Manage the sales performance, budget and overall profitability of the practice on a day-to-day basisEnsure all team members provide quality and ethical care to all clients and their pets/livestockAssess and examine and diagnose patients’ medical issuesPerform surgery, dress and treat woundsPerform diagnostic laboratory, imaging and ultrasound testing where requiredPrescribe medicationPromote preventative care by advocating and administering routine vaccinations and immunisationsEducate clients on positive lifestyle choices for pets/livestockEuthanise patientsEnsure compliance with veterinary ethics and relevant statutes, policies, and proceduresFor further information call Lauren on 07488711002, or email ##### Featured JobsExperienced Equine Vet - 5 Day week
