We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Theatre Practitioner to join our independent hospital team in London. You will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility, where you will lead a team of skilled practitioners to provide exceptional care to patients undergoing gynaecological and general surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities Lead Theatre Practitioner (Gynaecology and General Surgery):

• Lead and manage the Theatre team in delivering high-quality patient care.
• Participate in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
• Ensure the safe and efficient running of the theatre department.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure that they are stored appropriately.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
• Support the professional development of the team.

RequirementsLead Theatre Practitioner (Gynaecology and General Surgery):

• Registered Nurse/ODP with extensive experience in Gynaecology and General Surgery.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
