for our client a Global HVAC manufacturer who specialise in Chiller, AHUs & Renewable systems. Our client currently requires a Lead Technical Support required due to continued growth within the organisation. The technical Support engineer will be a remote based role with occasional travel to support clients and advise on technical support on commissioning
Lead Technical Support required will be joining the Technical Division which support the Service & Maintenance and Project teams.
Lead Technical Support Engineer will be tasked with providing to support on clients, service providers and commissioning of new units the range if chiller systems & DX units. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced candidate who wants to work for a leading HVAC Manufacturer.
Lead Technical Support Position Overview
Provide advanced technical support to customers, field service engineers, and internal teams regarding chiller systems.
Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing solutions in a timely manner.
Lead and mentor a team of technical support engineers, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to schedule commissioning activities and resolve any issues.
