Lead Surveyor

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation in the housing sector for an experienced Lead Surveyor. This key position involves overseeing a surveying team dedicated to assessing and maintaining property integrity across multiple sites. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in implementing strategic maintenance and capital investment programs.��

Key Responsibilities:�

• Lead and manage a team conducting a wide range of surveys.�


• Ensure all surveys comply with legislative and regulatory standards.


• Develop strategies to address sound transfer and noise issues.


• Report risks and coordinate with senior management.�

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in building surveying.�


• Proven track record in team management or supervision.


• Degree in Building Surveying or a similar field.


• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for professional use.
