Lead Solution Architect

As a Revenue Cloud Solution Architect, you will own the integrity and strength of the solutions recommended. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to our team and clients and an effective mentor for other Salesforce professionals working alongside you.You will need a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform but, just as importantly, people skills to get your ideas and solutions across to stakeholders and have the integrity to build your visions into successful solutions.Responsibilities● Conduct research into clients’ use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions● Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements● Review solutions and recommend improvements● Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog in liaison with stakeholders on the project● Own the design of Salesforce and (optionally) other affiliated solutions for Sales, Service, and platform solutions● Provide guidance on user story writing style● Ensure success and acceptance criteria are defined for each story● Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications● Ensure documentation of the steps for testing● Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog in liaison with Salesforce SMEs● Collaborative project and workstream planning● Contribute to and partake in Advisory focused projects, providing the expertise and knowledge our customers lack in devising programs of work to deliver revenue systems transformation● Be a contributing member of the Center of Excellence, aimed at incrementally and consistently improving our way of working and project methodology to ensure PhiX is always at the leading edge of Salesforce project delivery. Also, acting as a review and sign-off authority for any proposal or project design● Provide leadership and guidance where needed in all architectural matters within PhiX● Contribute to and drive internal initiatives within PhiX, such as product development and employee developmentRequirementsMinimum 3 years experience in a Solution Architecture role delivering Salesforce-focused projects, including:● Experience in delivering Quote to Cash solutions● Experience with complimentary Quote to Cash solutions (Conga CLM / DocuSign CLM), highly beneficial● Deep understanding of the core challenges faced by customers undergoing the Quote to Cash process and system transformation● Have a deep understanding of the accounting principles and finance processes (AAT Qualified highly beneficial)● Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive, when online● Minimum 3 years of Professional Services or Consultancy experience, including time spent at a Senior or above level, and experience with project tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.○ Salesforce Billing SuperbadgesOur OfficeWe’re conveniently located less than 5 minutes from Farringdon tube station, surrounded by delicious eateries, and only 15 mins from City Thameslink mainline station.Come and say hi!1-2 Herbal HillLondon, UKEC1R 5EJContact UsWe’re looking for great people to join us.
