The successful candidate will manage a team of software engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget. Working closely with the project manager, primary responsibility will be the delivery of the technical scope of the project throughout the full life cycle. Rate £325-£350 per day.Part of the role will involve change management, risk assessments, liaising with client and suppliers, scoping the project, supervising and allocation of software engineering work. Candidates must be eligible for or already have Security Clearance.Minimum of 5 Years in Full Software Development LifecycleMinimum of 3 Years in a Technical Lead roleExperience of Designing & Implementing High Availability SystemsAnalysing Requirements & Compiling Functional DesignUMLAgile, Waterfall and V methodologiesSQLC# - ASP.Net – Visual StudioExperience of working in ISO9001 environmentOnsite Testing experienceDegree in Computer Science or related subjectBusiness Intelligence reporting and associated dashboard design capability.Good working knowledge of current software legislative requirements.Previous experience in either Logistics, Material Handling or Airports or Manufacturing.Applicants are invited to apply as soon as possible in order to be included in the shortlist.
