A fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Professional to join an ambitious and innovative leading law firm as Lead Senior HR Business Partner.
You will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing a team of (Senior) HR Business Partners and HR Advisors, to ensure they are performing at the highest level as commercial trusted advisors.

Additional duties will include
To influence and execute the People strategy, and ultimately, firm strategy; ensuring business goals can be achieved through robust, commercial and successful people plans
To work with the aligned leadership team to design and deliver People Plans which support Group strategic objectives, whilst aligning these with the firm wide people strategy
Responsible for designing and implementing change and transformation programmes across the Group, leading on significant people and transformation projects, and supporting (Senior) HR BP’s with similar activity
To act as a point of escalation for complex employee relation
To build and maintain strong internal and external networks across the firm and HR profession
.
The successful applicant will have gained the following key skill
An experienced Lead or Senior HR BP with a track record of operating at a senior level within a HR tea
Experience of leading and managing a high performing team of HR professional
Experience of successfully developing, implementing and managing strategic people and key change initiatives; translating strategy into operational plan
Proven ability to influence, coach and challenge senior leader
Strong knowledge of employment la
Excellent technical HR knowledge – CIPD qualified or relevant experience to demonstrate level of competence.
