As Lead Scrub Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:
Leading the Theatre Team to provide efficient, personalised patient care
Maintaining excellent communication and customer service standards
Adhering to all policies and procedures to ensure the best possible clinical outcomes for patients

To be considered for the Lead Scrub Practitioner role, you'll need:
Registration with the NMC/HCPC
High standards of clinical competence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work effectively both in a team and independently
Demonstrated customer service and IT skills
Ability to plan equipment and consumable requirements
